The Colorado outdoor industry is highly dependent on ever changing weather conditions. However, most are prepared for longer term weather swings like drought that make for a less than favorable snow year. In turn this may go on to affect summer activities such as rafting and fishing. In a new reality of a looming pandemic like COVID-19 can these businesses survive a new threat to their industry?
In this ongoing body of work I hope to answer those questions as we approach the summer season to document the changes to the outdoor industry.
